Age restrictions: Children under 5 years not recommended for challenging routes. Pregnant women should consult before booking.

Jeep capacity:

• Maximum 6 passengers per jeep (excluding driver)
• Comfortable seating for adults and children

Cancellation policy:

• 24+ hours before: Full refund or free rescheduling
• 12-24 hours before: 50% refund or free rescheduling
• Less than 12 hours: 25% refund, rescheduling subject to availability
• Weather cancellations: Full refund or free rescheduling
• No-show: No refund

Best seasons: October to March for pleasant weather. April-June can be hot but manageable.
